There was once 4 candles lighted on earth, they burn very slowly. The surrounding was so quiet that you can hear them talking.
The first one said, “I am PEACE, no one can maintain me, I will go out soon”. With this, its flame goes out.

The second one said, “I am LOVE, but no one understands me, they often forgot to love the ones closest to them”! After finishing its last sentence, a small wind blow by and put off the flame.

The third candle stood up and said, “I am HOPE , but no one can keep me up long enough, no one understands my importance”! It could not hold on and its flame was extinguished.

Then, a little child saw that the flames were mostly all out and starts to cry.
So the last candle came to the child and said, “I am FAITH, don’t cry, with me around we can get the other candles back burning”.

The child then helps to re-lit all the candles….
The candle of hope should never goes out in your life. With hope, we can wish for things to happen. Keeps hope burning!

*.* A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all *.*

A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.
Psalm 34:19
——————————————–
Dear child,
People are so confused about the way I work. They think my job is to get rid of all of their troubles. I’m supposed to fix every bad situation and make every circumstance perfect.
Sorry that’s not My job. I will fix many of your circumstances, but you’re still going to have some troubles. The good news is, as you get to know Me, you will find that I am always with you. I will lead you through your troubles and out the other side.
Think of your life as a jungle, and I’m your Guild. I’m not going to turn the whole jungle into Disneyland. But I will lead you through the jungle. When your life get wild, don’t freak out. Just stick close. I’ll get you through it.
Your Guild,
>God

*.* Personalized the bible.... *.*

In all the disciple of Jesus I like peter the most. He symbolised us the most. Loud mouth, always speaking out and when in trail, we escape. We are somewhat a "Peter". However, there is one disciple of Jesus called John whom Jesus loves.

He was an example of a perfect christian. The one who rests in the Lord. The one who relies on Him. When they were having the last supple, John lean on Jesus bosom, a symbol of resting in the perfect love.

John of course, wrote the book of John, in His book, he personalized the bible, by practicing practical love of the Lord. The disciple whom Jesus loves. It only appeared in the book of John. John knew of Jesus loves and applied it. We, the believer could practice it too. My all-time-favorite- Chapter....

Psalm 91(AMP)

(Your Name) who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand].
(Your Name) will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust!
For [then] He will deliver (Your Name) from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.
[Then] He will cover (Your Name) with His pinions, and under His wings shall (Your Name) trust and find refuge; His truth and His faithfulness are a shield and a buckler.
(Your Name) shall not be afraid of the terror of the night, nor of the arrow (the evil plots and slanders of the wicked) that flies by day,
Nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor of the destruction and sudden death that surprise and lay waste at noonday.
A thousand may fall at (Your Name) side, and ten thousand at (Your Name) right hand, but it shall not come near (Your Name).
Only a spectator shall (Your Name) be [yourself inaccessible in the secret place of the Most High] as you witness the reward of the wicked.
Because (Your Name) have made the Lord (Your Name) refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place,
10 There shall no evil befall (Your Name), nor any plague or calamity come near (Your Name) tent.
11 For He will give His angels [especial] charge over (Your Name) to accompany and defend and preserve you in all my ways [of obedience and service].
12 They shall bear (Your Name) up on their hands, lest I dash my foot against a stone.
13 (Your Name) shall tread upon the lion and adder; the young lion and the serpent shall you trample underfoot.
14 Because (Your Name) has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver (Your Name); I will set (Your Name) on high, because (Your Name)knows and understands My name [has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness—trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake (Your Name), no, never].
15 (Your Name) shall call upon Me, and I will answer (Your Name); I will be with (Your Name) in trouble, I will deliver (Your Name) and honor (Your Name).
16 With long life will I satisfy (Your Name) and show (Your Name) My salvation.

Luke 15:11-24AMP)

11 And He said, There was a certain man who had two sons;
12 And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the part of the property that falls [to me]. And he divided the estate between them.
13 And not many days after that, the younger son gathered up all that he had and journeyed into a distant country, and there he wasted his fortune in reckless and loose [from restraint] living.
14 And when he had spent all he had, a mighty famine came upon that country, and he began to fall behind and be in want.
15 So he went and forced (glued) himself upon one of the citizens of that country, who sent him into his fields to feed hogs.
16 And he would gladly have fed on and filled his belly with the carob pods that the hogs were eating, but [they could not satisfy his hunger and] nobody gave him anything [better].
17 Then when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father have enough food, and [even food] to spare, but I am perishing (dying) here of hunger!
18 I will get up and go to my father, and I will say to him, Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight.
19 I am no longer worthy to be called your son; [just] make me like one of your hired servants.
20 So he got up and came to his [own] father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was moved with pity and tenderness [for him]; and he ran and embraced him and kissed him [fervently].
21 And the son said to him, Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight; I am no longer worthy to be called your son [I no longer deserve to be recognized as a son of yours]!
22 But the father said to his bond servants, Bring quickly the best robe (the festive robe of honor) and put it on him; and give him a ring for his hand and sandals for his feet.
23 And bring out that [wheat-]fattened calf and kill it; and let us revel and feast and be happy and make merry,
24 Because this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found! And they began to revel and feast and make merry.

Now, in this case, God is the Father, that is there to kiss you when you return home. Where is your home? Heaven. This is a heaven on earth. To know Jesus. When you read this phase, you might think that how did the Father knows if the son is coming back that day? Well, I can only come to one answer, he must have waited everyday outside the house, hoping for the child to come back home.
God knows when you will be saved, however,
He still wait outside the door everyday for YOU. He is excited to see you like the father in the story who sees his own son coming back home. I read from some books that they stated, men in Israel that time DON'T RUN! So when He saw you coming, from a great distance, HE RAN TO GET YOU! Amazing love, amazing Grace.  God loves you. Amen.

The structure you see above is called Laminin. Basically it’s an important protein that holds our cells together. Saw the shape of it? It’s a cross. Therefore, its Christ that holds us together. You may not believe it. But I do. Bible say long time ago.

Colossians 1:17 (AMP)

And He Himself existed before all things, and in Him all things consist (cohere, are held together).

Luke 10:19 (AMP)

Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.
Isn’t this wonderful. Nothing by any means shall harm me. So it puts a kind of peace into you. That the God, creator of the universe tells you that NOTHING and it means NOTHING shall hurt me. I don’t know about you, but it’s very reassuring for me. We must get up, use the authority and go offensive towards the devil.

For the devil is like a roaring lion, seeking whoever he could devour. Actually, the meaning of a roaring lion means got noise no power. No one has ever seen a lion goes around roaring at prey right? Just like when something comes in the way, I’ll hold my ground and use the authority given.

Another way to interpret this is that the devil is acting like God is angry with us. Lion symbolised the king. And by roaring, it is "showing" that the king is displease. Nothing is further than the truth. When you are in Christ, you are pleasing to God. As Christ is, so are you in this world!

*.* When i say I'm a christian.... *.*

When I Say “I Am A Christian”…

When I say…”I am a Christian”
I’m not shouting “I am saved”
I’m whispering “I get lost!”
“That is why I chose this way.”

When I say…”I am a Christian”
I don’t speak of this with pride.
I’m confessing that I stumble
and need someone to be my guide.

When I say…”I am a Christian”
I’m not trying to be strong.
I’m professing that I’m weak
and pray for strength to carry on.

When I say…”I am a Christian”

I’m not bragging of success.
I’m admitting I have failed
and cannot ever pay the debt.

When I say…”I am a Christian”

I’m not claiming to be perfect,
my flaws are too visible
but God believes I’m worth it.

When I say…”I am a Christian”

I still feel the sting of pain
I have my share of heartaches
which is why I seek His name.

When I say…”I am a Christian”
I do not wish to judge.
I have no authority.
I only know I’m loved.

When in sorrow, read John 14
You worry, read Matthew 6:19-34
In danger, read Psalm 91
God seems distant, read Psalm 139

Discourage, read 1 Peter 5:6-7
Lonely or fearful, read Psalm 23
Down and out, read Romans 8:31-39

Exodus 22:9 (New International Version)

9 In all cases of illegal possession of an ox, a donkey, a sheep, a garment, or any other lost property about which somebody says, ‘This is mine,‘ both parties are to bring their cases before the judges. The one whom the judges declare [a] guilty must pay back double to his neighbor.
Footnotes:
  1. Exodus 22:9 Or whom God declares
So who do you think rob you of your health? Who make you poor. Who took away the Shalom? Declare it in Jesus that HEALTH, RICHNESS, SHALOM is MINE by Jesus’ work at the cross. So the devil had to pay back in front of God, double!
Unless you condemn yourself in front of the Lord, you would win the case. There is no condemnation in the new testament. Jesus had paid it all at the cross. Declare it, and you would get it. I believe, ask and it would be given.
I think i find this with a hard time. But it appear out of no where when I pointed out a card shop to KL ( she wanted to buy a postcard) then i was browsing then this came out. Hahaz. Good right, but i copied wrongly. To John 24:17. zzzz. So in the end, found this:

*.* Fear not, the King is still on the throne! *.*

Ephesians 2:6 (AMP)

And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One).

Psalm 110:1-2  (AMP)

The Lord (God) says to my Lord (the Messiah), Sit at My right hand, until I make Your adversaries Your footstool. The Lord will send forth from Zion the scepter of Your strength; rule, then, in the midst of Your foes.

Have a throne like attitude. I got a fresh fear today, fearing of losing my job, God gave me a fresh revaluation today.  Rest, your King, Jesus is still head over your situation. He is still in His throne, and guess what? You are seated with Him. On high. Relax. My grace is sufficient for you.

Amen.

This is my God, always encouraging.

*.* The king has one more move! *.*

Two men are standing in front of a painting called Checkmate in an art gallery. In the painting, a man is playing chess with what was drawn as a devil. The devil has a lot of the chess pieces left where as the man has only the king piece left.

The first man looking at the painting wants to move on to other paintings in the gallery. But the second man, an international chess champion, wants to look at the painting longer, so he waves his friend on and tells him he will catch up later.

The chess champion stares and stares at the chess board, then suddenly he steps back, flabbergasted. “It’s wrong!” he exclaims. “There’s one more move.” He runs to his friend and together they look at the painting. “We have to contact the painter,” the chess champion says. “It’s not checkmate. The king has one more move.”

In the bible, there are a lot of times when it seems like the devil is winning, but our God has one last move. In the story of Exo 14 when the Egyptians chase them till the red sea, it seems that they have no way to run, but God open the red sea for them to cross, no sooner no later just to let them cross and "kill their problem" the Egyptians who are chasing them.

In the tomb of Jesus, it seems that He has died, but the king has one last move. God raised Jesus from death and brought Him back to life.

Perhaps you feel like you are in "checkmate" in your life. You are in debt, you are in need of healing, you are in a broken relationship, remember, God has the last move. He will make a way when there is no way!

Pastor Ray McCauley is awesome.

*.* Life and life MORE abundantly *.*

John 10:10 (New King James Version)

10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

What is abundance of life? It means to have health, prosperity and joy. If you are sick, poor and unhappy, how can you have life? If you are in sentosa, sun-tanning. Enjoying the sea breeze and taking a slip of coconut juice. You would most probably says “ah, this is LIFE”. This is what Jesus came to give us. Life, and have it MORE ABUNDANTLY! MORE ABUNDATLY. How not to prosper and not be healthy? It’s already given to you. Claim it in Jesus’ name. Amen. =D
